I have been in the BPO industry for about 9 years before becoming a freelancer. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, Tech Support, and was promoted to Subject Matter Expert or Assistant Team Lead. Then I work home-based to have more time with my family. I have been working remotely for almost 5 years now. I’ve worked as a Business Consultant and was providing virtual employees to different clients. I have also worked as a Solutions Architect. I was responsible for understanding the client’s organization, creating roles for the virtual assistants, and partnering with businesses to re-engineer their workflow. My recent job experience was with a Property Management Company where I worked as a maintenance coordinator. My primary role was to respond to emails and phone calls, reach out to vendors and clients for follow-ups, calendar and schedule management and entering invoices. I am currently working as the Operations Manager of a Property Management Company specializing in short term rentals. I am very hard working and very passionate about what I do which makes me efficient in any task given to me. I have mastered a lot of skills so there’s no need for extensive training.
