I can manage multiple tasks, prioritize them effectively, and stay organized so that nothing falls through the cracks. It is expected of me to take care of tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, managing social media accounts, arranging travel, managing budgets, and more. I always strive to exceed my client's expectations by providing an exceptional level of service at all times. I accomplish this by being proactive, anticipating the client's needs before they arise, and providing problem solutions while maintaining confidentiality. I am an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. I can work independently, take charge when necessary, and make decisions on the client's behalf if needed. I do my best to effectively manage my clients' time in order to meet deadlines and remain flexible in order to accommodate changes in schedules and tasks.
