After university, I gained valuable experience working as a customer service associate for PeopleSupport and Etelecare Global Solutions, where I supported clients like Expedia, Sprint, and Intuit. These roles allowed me to sharpen my customer support, analytical, verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills. In addition to customer service, I ran my own business for six years, managing employees, handling transactions, and overseeing daily operations. This experience enhanced my leadership, organizational, and financial management skills, which led to my business's success. More recently, I worked as an online English teacher for Japanese students, customizing lessons to maximize each student's progress. My passion for education and adaptability to different learning styles has been key in helping students reach their goals. I’ve also pursued further development in bookkeeping, having completed certifications from both Alison and Intuit Academy. I’m continuing to deepen my knowledge of financial statements and am on my way to becoming a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, which will allow me to provide professional accounting support and financial consultation. On top of these skills, I’m proficient in managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling social media accounts. I’m also experienced in making travel arrangements and managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations. My expertise in bookkeeping allows me to accurately record transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage invoicing and bank reconciliation.
