Experienced Virtual Assistant and Property Assistant
VIRTUAL/PROPERTY ASSISTANT September 2018 to Present I was hired to be a Virtual Assistant to the Managing Director of a real estate company in the UK. My initial job was calendar and email management, run personal errands for her like ordering her groceries, gifts to her family, etc. When her Property Manager resigned, I became the temporary replacement. I was doing the initial interviews for Tenant Applications and the Tenancy and Move-In Process thereafter. Currently, my position for her was changed from VA to Property Assistant. I support the Property Manager in all things that she needs including initial interview for Tenant Applications, document management and also I am the one in charged of tenant enquiries, requests and complaints. I coordinate with our vendors to make sure that we cater what they need. I also have a background in Lease Contracts so I think I am well-fitted in real estate. My current day job is as a Contract Management Professional who drafts and reviews service contracts.
