Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring that important documents and records are easily accessible. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with special projects, presentations, and other tasks as required. Expense Management: Process and track expenses, including receipts and invoices, ensuring accurate budgeting and reporting. Other Duties as Assigned: Provide support for other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
