Directly reporting to the Office of the President & CEO • Reports directly to the President and CEO • Provides executive, administrative and development support to the President and CEO and other executives of the Company. • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President and CEO. • Schedules appointments and meetings, entertains telephone calls and gives appropriate information to callers. • Assists in the official function of the President & CEO; acts as the representative during official meetings and conferences. • Informs the President & CEO of all matters in connection with company operations or any other official matters requiring his decision, attention or analysis. • Collates, consolidates, analyzes and summarizes all management reports submitted to the office of the President & CEO. • Prepares materials for Board of Directors meeting and MANCOM meeting presentation reports • Participates in meetings and discussions and coordinates to various departments and offices.
