Encoder/Document Controller/System Operator
I have experience as a Document Controller for almost 10 years, abroad and local. Worked in Oil and Gas Company, Main contractor, specifically in QA/QC and Comissioning Department, preparing documents such as Test Packages, Air Blowing Packages. I am also a System Admin operator, Input and Constructing reports/progress of the project and each tasks/discipline, from civil works to comissioning tasks, modifying data in the system as required. Responsible for the daily/weekly progress, reporting to managers and Head office personnels (korea). Also responsible for the input and clearing punchlist in the system, making reports/progress. Doing reports asked by my superiors/managers, such as NDE reports, calculations of data exported from the system. Handled welders qualification records as well, processing approvals of their qualifications and monitoring their performance/rejection ratio. And I am also responsible for preparing handover documents. Doing other tasks as necessary. My typing skills is 45-50wpm. I’m able and willing to learn more and have additional knowledge from any job that will be given to me.
