I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for over 4 years. I have experienced assisting customers through chat, email and phone support. Below are some of my experiences: Uber - assisted customers through chat, email and phone support with their payment, incentive, account activation, app issue and document approval concerns - handled 45+ chats per shift - answered 100 solved tickets/emails per shift (not including pending/awaiting reply Zendesk tickets) - handled 40+ phone calls per shift Gogograndparent - assisted customers through phone support as an operator (one who orders rides for them) and registrations (one who assist with registration concerns or registers the customers through the phone) - was promoted as a member of Loss Prevention team (we call riders who have difficulties getting picked up to make sure they get to their destination and we call drivers to make sure everything is okay on their way to the pick-up) Le Tote - assisted customers with their billing, order and subscription concerns through email - given the low volume of email, maximum number solved tickets per shift is 60-65 Quip - assisted customers with their replacement concerns as well as shipping status of orders through email - can answer 70 tickets per shift (volume of quip tickets is high but scope of support assigned is limited) Thrive (now Cheers) - assisted customers with their refund, order status and subscription concerns I'm familiar with using Zendesk, Shopify, Dialpad, Switchboard and Amazon (issuing refund for orders). I'm very much experienced when it comes to resolving a customer's concern through chat and email. As long as the volume is high, I have no problem answering a minimum of 60-100 emails (with quality of course). I always make sure that I provide high quality and efficient support to customers. I can easily adopt to any working environment and learn the task assigned to me. I pay particular attention to the step by step process on how getting a task done to make sure I do it correctly. I have a pleasant personality and I can work with little supervision. My Quip and Thrive accounts only held training for a few hours before starting the day after so I am confident that I can do a job well done as long as I'm given enough resources. I also have stable internet connection (20 Mbps) and a computer with dual monitors to make sure I can easily navigate through tabs or tools for efficient handling of the customer's concern. I'm independent but I'm never shy to ask clarifications to make sure I'm able to provide the correct resolution and not just a fast one.
