Hi my name is Emiluz Suan from the Philippines. I work in a hotel industry for 13 years already. Customer service is what the hospitality industry is all about. You want to be sure your guests are having the best possible experience at your hotel or restaurant, return when they're in town and recommend it to all their friends and family. When the pandemic came, hotel industry is affected and our hotel also shut down but I was given a chance to work from home in a BPO Company. I was assigned in Email Management using Gorgias and was later on transferred as a Social Media Customer Service Representative where we assist customers through chat with their orders online, modify orders, check their tracking and process cancellations and refunds. It's an e-commerce and a real time chat using Zendesk platform. I am also exposed to a wide range of administrative tasks and well versed in Microsoft office & Google applications.
