My name is Jemelyn Ruiz, you can call me Jem for short.
I have been working in a corporate world since 2002. I started as an executive secretary for a lending company and I have been part of different international companies.
I had customer service and technical support experience in a telecommunication company in Australia and United States. Sales and billing and a complaint manager for a telecommunication company in Australia.
After I left the corporate world, I started finding my niche as a freelancer. I had experience in cold calling for a real estate, telemarketing for a hospice, and now I am doing part time job as an appointment setter for mobile dental clinic in Australia and as a medical retrieval specialist in an injury law firm in the United States. and also I have tried working in a physiotherapy business as a virtual assisant where in my task are following up patients that were not able to come for theor schedule appointment, process EPC, and insurance claims, rescheduling appointment and processing payments for private and medicare patients. Sending reports to the respective doctors of the patient.

As a person I am hardworking, loyal to my client, trustworthy and easy to work with. My strength is that I love talking to people and that is my customer service which I can offer to this job. As for my weakness, I need improvements on other skills like using other CRM's that may hopeful to this job but I am trainable and easy to learn .
