I've been part of the BPO Industry for almost 7 years. Being in the BPO industry gave me a lot of new skills, learnings, and opportunities. I've started as an agent in 2014 and I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert after a year. 20018 I was promoted as a Supervisor. What I learned from being in a BPO industry for 7 years is how to manage my time wisely, how to multitask, and how to work under pressure. I can prepare, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry. I can verify and log receipt of data. I can transcribe source data into the required electronic format. I can Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies. I can maintain a filing system and protects confidential customer information. And lastly, I can maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
