Cybersecurity Professional (Pentesting/Application Security/Information Security/Security Operations)
As a Security Operations Team Global of PUMA, I am responsible for handling security incidents and ticket handling of threats and alerts that would be of risk to the organization. Using various security tools and years of acquired knowledge and experience to investigate and remediate threats to ensure the protection of PUMA’s information assets. Key responsibilities include : ► Maintain current information on vulnerabilities and controls that serve as the basis for technical controls to protect PUMA against both current and emerging threats ► Incident Response and Threat Management ► Evaluate and recommend security controls for all new systems ► Monitor compliance with minimum baseline security standards ► Conduct periodic technical security assessment (internal and external VA/PT) of critical servers, workstations, network devices and security solutions ► Monitor remediation of findings from VAPT ► Doing research on emerging security technologies and vulnerabilities ► Monitor clear, dark and deep websites and submit report to the Threat Management Section Head Prior to joining PUMA, I was a Information Security - Penetration Tester working for a Bank (UCPB) and a former Associate Cyber Security Consultant (Penetration Tester) in SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co./Ernst & Young (SGV/EY). I was also a Software Engineer for an IT Security Company (Gemalto, currently Thales). I have 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer and more than 3 years’ experience in Cyber Security
