Customer Support Specialist
I have been working in the BPO industry for 12 years. I have handled multiple accounts, from telecommunications to credit card services. Both over the phone and back office departments. In 2007 I started working for Convergys, which is now Concentrix. With them, I have handled Sprint and AT&T mobile. I was assigned to the escalations help desk who handle supervisory calls and complex issues with customer's accounts. Also assigned as back up supervisors who handle teams of phone representatives. I left in 2011 to pursue a family business and went back to the industry in 2013 with First Source Solutions Inc under British Telecoms. I left after 6 months. Within the same year I started working with GE Money, now Synchrony Financial. Worked under numerous portfolios both over the phone and chat support. For the past 2 years I worked as a credit controller for a claims management company based in the UK. I have been handling several portfolios, making sure that everything runs smoothly. My role involves responding to client queries, contacting clients by phone and email, making sure that outstanding invoices are paid & weekly projection of incoming payments.
