Greetings! My name is Micha Escarda I was introduced to a multicultural environment which I always appreciated. Working with different personalities and being able to use my hospitality and providing customer's satisfaction has always been fulfilling to me. I am providing an outstanding service for customers regarding with the products and services that is related to client programs. I provide callers with exemplary service that builds relationships, resolves issues, and increases overall trust and satisfaction. My first job was with Concentrix it's one of the BPO company here in the Philippines that base in United States as a channel backroom support I handled telecommunication account at that time, dealing and processing with cases for the subscriber's Internet service. My second job was with Exl Service I worked there as a Disability Nurse Clinician. My responsibilities and tasks there is to Handle high volume of calls probably, 70-90 calls per day. I'm assisting patients regarding on their Bills and Payment for their monthly premium, Refund, and Explain their Dental and Vision Coverage, setting an Appointment, discussing their Benefit Coverage, co pay, authorization, co-insurance, coordination of benefits, deductible, maximum out of pocket and Claims Inquiry. Aside from that I was also dealing with their primary care provider, employers and authorized person to protect patient's PHI. which means I am more than trained enough in a healthcare account and knowledgeable about HIPPA. My most recent job was with Web Dynamics I worked as a Social Media Marketer helping the CEO or Entrepreneur to increase their online credibility, to gain their social presence through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook like campaigns, content creation and lead generation.
