I worked with some of the biggest telecommunications companies in The United States for more that 8 years as a customer service, technical support and sales representative. The things that we do there is taking inbound calls from customers that is having some issues or questions about their postpaid account. Examples are billing, troubleshooting devices, answering general inquiries like what promotions they could take advantage of, collecting payments, setting up payment arrangements, we are also handling insurance like filing a claim, upselling the latest devices for equipment upgrade and additional lines. I am also an Executive assistant of a doctor who owns a wellness center and med spa in West palm beach. My job is checking and replying to emails, Instagram and reviews on the business page. Checking who paid cash everyday and just doing proper tagging of payments, paying his tax monthly, organizing his overtime sheets. Sometime calling clients to confirm their scheduled appointment and contacting different universities around the area to see if they have students who would like to go for an internship.
