I've worked in the BPO industry for more than 10 years. I started working at Fil-Can Communications in 2008, a small company in Davao City. I stayed there for about 6 months as a Telemarketer for several accounts like Real Estate, Dental Equipment and Cleaning Services. After Fil-Can I worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Technical Support Representative. After 4 months of being an agent I was promoted as one of the Senior Consultants, we work along side of the Team Managers helping associates with their technical knowledge and performance. The tasks given to me when I was a senior consultants were individual and team coaching, refresher training, product update coaching, call monitoring and Admin tasks like Team Performance and Individual Performance reports for our Agents. I stayed with Sutherland for 2 years until I had to resign to finish my studies. Then I worked for VXI Global for 9 months with the same account that I had with Sutherland. I was with Offsourcing Philippines Inc as a Customer Service Representative and Email Support Representative for an online shopping website. I was an Agent for 6 months and got promoted as a Team Leader. I was tasked to Monitor, Asses and Coach Agents Performance in order to keep their performance within clients standards. When our client pulled out of offsourcing September of 2015 and transferred to another BPO Company, I went with him and stayed as a Team Leader until November 4,2016. I was hired as a Team Leader at VXI Global Holdings January 11,2017. The task I had at offsourcing are almost the same as the Task I have here at VXI. Athough, at VXI we are more focused on coaching and development. We make sure that our associates are coached to success and we produce future leaders of the company. I resigned from VXI last June 14,2019.
