Hi There, I have been in a BPO company for 15 years handling international accounts. My first BPO was a US-based company operating satellite TV. I worked there for almost eight years. During my stay in my previous company, I received numerous certifications for being great at my work. I was promoted as an Assistant Supervisor then to a Coach, wherein I motivate, assisted, and coached the agents on how they can improve more and be at their best on the job. My second BPO is an Australian company, and I have been working with them for more than seven years. I do handle customer complaints, assists clients by answering their payment and billing inquiries, review and explain charges on their account, walk-thru client on their online banking issues, card replacement, update account details and a lot more. As part of our job in the office, we usually use Word and Excel file, which is somewhat similar to Google Docs and Sheets. We also have an internal email, so I have an idea of the email etiquette to follow. I have Twitter, Instagram, YouTube channels (only a few subscribers, though). Still, my top most social media account that I usually use Facebook, where I love to read testimonials from different Group chats. I am perfect for the job because I am a fast learner with less supervision, excellent typing skills, no attendance issue, reliable, hard-working, strong will to learn, flexible, trustworthy, and updated with social media updates. I have the spec qualifications for both laptop and internet provider.
