I am a Customer Service Rep with more than 6 years of experience and Advanced technical support for more than 3 years from two different well known BPO companies here in Philippines. Because of whats going on right now across the globe every one's life is affected even huge industries are, I decided to work from home through upwork to continue bringing food on the table for my lovely family especially that my wife just gave birth for our second lovely daughter. I underwent Communication training prior I worked with BPO industries and I work in call center US based accounts for more or less 11 years now. I would say that english language is my second language and I am confident with my communication skills both written and verbal. I have experienced helping customers with contracts , renewal and payments. My first job was with Loan company based in different states in US we were task to process customers application through our system and completing it by calling customer's employer and bank for verification , My second job was with Time warner Cable account US based, we were task help customer setting up their payments or payment arrangements at the same time discussed to the customer their bill if they have disputes or questions. My Third job was with Siriusxm account US based, we were tasked to save customer from cancelling their service by providing promotional offers at the same time help them troubleshoot if they're having technical issues with their service. My last two recent jobs were both Healthcare related helping member understand about their hospital bill and explained if the are denials with their medical claims, recently I was assigned as Business Process Senior Associate and my job is to code members' benefits,banking information, dependents and beneficiaries to our system. In more or less 11 years span of time working in call center all of the accounts I handled were all dealing with accounting, Im confident that I am fully equipped to help your business grow and earn more revenues.
