My name is Glaiza Getalado, applying for any position that will lverage my skill. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 7 years. I'm currently working for TTEC, my first BPO, under Verizon Program wherein I started as a representative and within the span of 2 yrs., I was given an opportunity to become an intern trainer under Learning and Development Team, on which we handle new hire employees, delivering high quality product training. After my internship I became a Support Coach. Aside from helping customers with their concerns we also support representatives whenever they need help and researching concerns through our modules, we also have offline tasks such as coaching using our enhanced model, call calibration through scheduled meeting with direct clients, and generating reports through different platforms. But before I joined the BPO industry, I worked as a Service Crew in KFC. When I became an All-Star crew, this is the moment I’ve realized that aside from my passion in helping others by proactively doing skill transfer to new hire employees, I was able to go above and beyond by extending my help to every station that's in need of help without compromising quality of service. I was an Account Manager to a local company that supplies packaging materials wherein we provide our samples through confirmed clients meetings; and on which I constantly improve not just with my own experience but also getting best practices from my seniors and the management. With my can-do attitude, I was able to generate long term clients. Although I like my current job , at this stage of my career, I realized I need to find a company where I see a long-term career path and as someone whose hunger for a challenge, a desire to continuously grow, and a motivation to go extra mile, I think this position would be a great fit with my skills and goals.
