Customer Service Specialist
I've worked as a Customer Service Representative through Business Outsourcing with one of the biggest Telecommunications companies in the United States since 2014. We handled most of their services from wireless, internet service, TV service, landlines, etc. It is also considered inbound sales because we need to offer other products to the customer after resolving their concerns. Been separated from this company just this year because I want to pursue a home-based career. I've been working as an appointment setter for real estate for two years now, I started last August of 2020, I had 2 weeks of training and then I was deployed to a certain client after that. through my experience as an appointment setter I was able to develop basic knowledge and needed skills to provide good quality leads to my client. so basically you should be able to feel the willingness to sell of the seller, then check out their asking price if it is lower than the market value.. so I usually check Z[hidden] and R[hidden] for that.. we should also ask about the current condition of the property.. I also ask about their timeline to sell and their motivations why they would like to sell their property so that it would be easier for our acquisition team to match the best offer for the seller.. but then of course it will always depend on the client's preferences.
