Hi, I'm Analiza Saluague and you can call me Lisa for short. I'm a licensed criminologist in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. I have more than 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I take initiative. I spent a year with VXI Global in 2017, and worked for AT&T for six months as a Technical Support Specialist and another six months as a Billing and Sales associate. I help customers troubleshoot technical issues, help them acquire new services, and assist them with their billing concerns. In 2018, I started working as an Order Placer for Doordash and did so for 2 years, 5 months. I help customers place their orders by calling the restaurants and assisting them if there's any order issue. I also supported Doordash dashers for a month. In 2022, I began working as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Specialist for Marine Deals, an e-commerce company based in New Zealand. I assist customers in placing orders and help track them. I also help them with post-order issues such as shipping questions, damage, returns, replacements, and order notifications. In 2022, I became an Executive Assistant for 6 months with Athena (Executive Assistance company). I optimize client’s time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals. I help them with admin tasks, research, I take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling. I also drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports and social media.
