Hello, my name is Katrina and friends call me Kat for short. I am 35 years old and a mother of a 16 year old kid. I am looking forward to begin my journey here and discover the benefits of working from home. I have been in the BPO industry since 2006 and handled different accounts and that is customer service, technical support, collections, order processing, sales, etc. I love being in this industry since its enhances my communication skills and customer service skills. I am willing to be trained in any kind of field and consider myself as a fast learner as well. I am committed in doing my job in a timely manner. I make sure that I am productive and learn everyday. My first account in the BPO industry is with Sprint, a telco company in the US and I handled this account for 3 straight years. We handled inbound calls for customer's inquiries, upgrades of their plans, payment arrangements and bill disputes. It was a challenging account especially for a first timer like me. Since then I transfered to a different company and handled telco accounts as well. My first technical support experience was with DELL and we handled customers for small businesses. We answer calls regarding complaints about services, issues with their internet and assistance in setting up their modems. I also worked for support in IOS devices. For me, this is one of the most complicated job I have worked with since it is time consuming and we need to get to the root cause of the issue. That is pretty challenging since there are a lot of factors that can cause the issue of the customers. Lastly, is with an online gaming account for betting support services. We answer customer's inquiries regarding the status of their withdrawals and deposits. Status and disputes of their betting slips. Please feel free to contact me at any time for an interview.
