Hi, I'm Karen Cacy Pineda, you can call me Cacy. I'm a dedicated single mom to my 12-year-old son. My hobbies are playing Badminton, Crocheting and playing card games with my son. I am a type of person who wants to stay at home but when I'm out it's like a don't wanna go home anymore. I do eat healthy foods and I love eating spaghetti. I want to make more time with my son and I want to have good memories with him. I am also a college graduate and I took up Business administration major in Management. Regarding my work experience, I have over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have handled multiple accounts. I started my journey as a Customer service representative in a local call center and I handled Smart Prepaid and Smart Financial account. I started handling international account when I joined Convergys and handled Cigna Healthcare where I assisted the nurses and doctors regarding the benefit coverage of the patient. Checked on the status of the claims they have submitted. I handled Windows Live, where in I investigate whether the outlook account of the customer is compromised or not. Next one is Express Script where I assisted the patients regarding the refill of their medication. Then I got transferred to Comcast where I stayed for more than 4 years. I handled billing, customer service, technical support and upselling. I am proud to say that I got a certification for being the top agent with most of those account. After that I moved to a different company and handled AT&t Uverse doing the same thing that I did for Comcast. I also that the opportunity to work in an online gaming company. I handled phone, chat and email all at the same time. Answered queries of the player regarding their account and the bonuses that they can take advantage of. Luckily, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst after a year and I was with the QA team for 2 years. I audited and evaluated the contacts of the agents and coached the agents to provide feedback. Apparently, pandemic happened and the company decided to let go of the employees and there's 5 of us on the team who got laid off. I worked as a Credentialing Specialist in PSG Global Solutions for 2 years. I handled AYA Healthcare where in I provided pre auth to the nurses so they can have their pre employment laboratory. I also checked whether the document that they have submitted is legit. I also handled AMN Services, I also checked the medical records of the nurses and other important document that is needed for their employment. After those 2 accounts were pulled out, I was transferred to the Recruitment team where I source for qualified candidates, did the paper screening and I also did the initial interview. I am now looking for a new company to work with because PSG mentioned that they cannot provide any account for us anymore. At Pridebites, I worked as a Lead Generation Specialist, where I identified potential clients, managed data in Salesforce, and used platforms like LinkedIn and Amplemarket to support the sales team.
