Before I worked in a BPO Industry, I finished 96-hour Call Center Proficiency Program at Call Center Academy and gained knowledge in Intensive Communication Training, Customer Service, Sales and Telemarketing and American Culture and Geography. After finishing the program, I worked for PayPal as a Customer Service Representative for 3 months where we help customers set up their accounts, adding financial information, calling banks and the sellers that they are dealing with. I worked as a Customer Service Rep for Macy's and Bloomingdale's retail store online wherein I did tasks such as placing an order for the customers, calling stores and warehouses, tracking the package and doing follow-up or callbacks to the customers if needed. I was trained for the same account for email and chat support. I also have experience as a Social media Moderator/email and chat support. Now I am looking for a job that would give me the opportunity to use my knowledge in Customer service and transcription as well. I am very hard working and can work with minimum supervision. I am a fast learner and a team player and can work full time.
