Hi, I am Pamela Racaza and I am currently residing here in 127a Francisco Llamas St. Tisa Cebu City. I do have a lead generation experience back in 2013 in LIve2Sell which was my first company when I entered in BPO industry, did sales/upselling in Concentrix for a telco account, and mostly did a customer service role for some years handling ecommerce account, airline account and a cruise line. I remember back when I was handling a Shopify account, we assist client building up their online store from start to finish, its a process, bunch of information a step by step that you need to provide to them, and I know that its a lot of information to be taken at one time, so I expected it already that their be confusion and there be possibilities they wouldn't succeed doing it on their end, so what I do normally prior sending those information I also attached a image how would it look like and what could be a possible error, and furthermore on top of it I send a link of a screen recording on how to do it, for them to succeed. I am familiar on Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Vici dial or Avaya One X, oracle, Apollo. and Canva. I am the best fit for this role because I know that I can do well when helping customers address their questions and concerns while positively representing the company and my years of experience in the BPO as CSR role have given me the on-the-job knowledge, as well as a sense of where the industry has been and where it’s going in the future. I have the kind of logical skills, technical skills and a strong interpersonal skills that only comes from doing the job for several years, and my positive attitude and work ethics are align with the job requirements and making me a committed and valuable asset to the company.
