Customer Service Representative / Executive Virtual Assistant
I am currently working as an Executive Virtual Assistant to a US base Construction company. Assists the CEO with all the daily admin tasks such as Drafting and sending Sources Sough letter, Email management, Manage Philippines team, Claims and Dispute, emails tracking, various researches like sub-contractors, projects for bidding base on companies NAICs and capability, surplus property that we can use to the project, and anything that the CEO needs help with. I am an experienced call center agent for 8 years and counting. I started as a Back Office Editor for an American Telecommunications company and had been a Customer Service Representative in fields such as telecommunications and e-commerce from known the United States and Australian companies. I also had experience as a Chat Support Agent and, at the same time, was a Product Trainer for the same account. I'm a fast learner and eager to learn new things.
