Suggests solutions and compensates inconvenience when a product malfunctions like declined transactions, faulty service and agent and online errors. Files, documents, and records and asks analytical questions for fraud reports and compliance issues and provides legal disclaimers and guidance as appropriate. Validates transactions for security; completes validation through tools utilization Handles changes in product, scripts, policies or renewals. Acts as a multi-skilled Western Union Agent.
