A Customer Service Officer in a banking institution, where I was in charge of opening client accounts. My job included the responsibility of inputting the client details in the company system, interviewing clients who were new to the bank, as well as cross-sell other bank products to clients. I was also in charge of over-the-counter transactions such as deposits and withdrawals while still cross-selling the other bank products.
