I`ve been with the BPO industry for more than 10 years now. Multi Skill trained for customer service Representative I`ve been taking calls for Telco Tmobile US Customer care which includes Billing, Financial, Activation, Technical and Retention Concerns. I`ve been trained for different accounts. Handled, UK, US and Australian Customer inquiries. Trained for Platinum Technical Support which basically means advance technical support for gadgets, devices , etc. Handled Technician support for business account NBN Service for an Australian Account Handled back of house job. I`ve been a complaints manager for Level 0 and Level 1 Ombudsman complaints for an Australian account. My task here was to do outbound calls updating customer about their open complaint.
