My name is Cristine Grace Tubal. I am 31 years old. I have more than 6 years of experience as a customer service expert and 2 years in the real estate industry as an appointment setter. What I do as a customer service expert is ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and perform a variety of tasks such as resolving complaints, providing instructions, answering, or referring inquiries;, and implementing procedures. As a cold caller, what I do is call thousands of leads, pre-qualifying those interested sellers, and determining their motivation for selling, setting up appointments for interested sellers, and doing follow-ups using Mojo and Calltools. Apart from that I am also doing text blasting using Lead Sherpa and Launch Control. I believe working with this job in a work-from home setup benefits me a lot since I am a mother of 2 and the capability of taking good care of them while working from home is the best job position for me.I am a flexible and resilient type of person, so whatever sudden changes to the project or script would not be a problem for me.
