Customer Service Associate, Operations Manager, Admin Assistant
I worked as a VA for real estate companies before such as Keller Williams. That is also a home-based job. My task is to do outbound callings to leads. Getting their motivation, timeframe, our opportunity in being their realtor and making sure I create follow up so we can get more details from them and close the deal. I also had an experience working with Amazon Customer Service (Phone, Email, and Chat support) before for 3 years so I am familiar with FBA and third-party sellers. Aside from my excellent customer service from Amazon I am also good with reports and familiar with Microsoft office software as I was promoted as a Team Manager after being an agent for 1 year. I can also work under minimal to no supervision since I was a supervisor before. I can be easily trained should there be anything that I need to learn additionally to help the company. I am very detail-oriented and never miss deadlines since I was a team manager before I learned to be professional in dealing with clients and frontline agents as well.
