I've worked with Tik Tok in coordination with Byte Dance in Alorica for several years . In my last position as a content moderator, I was responsible for removing inappropriate videos from our company's platform. I would play every videos and decide whether or not to remove it based on the guidelines we had set up. I 've been assigned to the level where there is violence and pornographic contents.
