My name is Beverly Hanna Martinez. Most people call me Hanna. I've been in the field of customer service for 4 years now. I started as Crew on a known fast-food chain proving excellent service for almost 1 year and promoted as a Crew Leader to train newly hired applicants. Later on, I worked as a Technical Support Representative for Netgear. I provided immediate assistance with basic product inquiry about the devices they bought from Netgear. After a few months, I was transferred to our Chat and Email services. After a year, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert on the same account.
