Communications Executive
I am currently a Communications Executive in Shangri-La's Mactan Resort and Spa. My main task is assisting the Director of Communications in planning, directing, implementing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in all communications activities. We aim to promote and maintain good communications in order to build and maintain the prestigious image of the Resort. Before I joined the Sales and Marketing family, I used to be a Front Office Associate. My main job was to provide assistance to the guests throughout all the stages of their stay. My responsibilities include performing check-in, assigning rooms, helping guests complete registration cards, handling reservations and other requests, and collaborating with hotel staff.
