I love to look into client/customer problems and solve them with proper communication. I create, assess, and optimize business communications that really matter. To be able to achieve this, I explore into providing important deliverables, building productive teams, and quickly adapting to new learnings. Previously, I took part into writing scripts and communication materials for the first ever Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology-mediated calls in a fintech company which holds a great number of clients. Receiving voicebot calls can be culturally shocking for the clients since this is new, but I highly managed it by incorporating customer experience key points in building customer relations. These are taken from years of experience in the academic field while teaching communications, language, and literature and years of experience from the corporate world. With my 4 years of experience in the academe and a fruitful year of experience in the corporate office, I have established a skill in business communications which enable me to write and deliver trainings and materials for internal and external communication purposes. I also have an experience in project development as I contributed in big projects in my current company involving comms development and management. These exposures from different academic and corporate business experience lead me to receive consistent company-based recognitions proving my productivity in work, competency in communications-related tasks, and passion for addressing communications needs Outside of work, I do a lot of painting including urban sketching, figure sketching, and water color portraits. This creative pursuit lets me manage my objective life in writing and teaching profession.
