I am Marissa C. Laygo, 29 years of age, and a graduate of Bachelor in Broadcast Communication. I have two kids, a girl and a boy. I started my freelance journey way back December 2017. My position by then was a Facebook Marketing Assistant, I maintain a daily sale quota while randomly messaging other prospective buyers of our product on Amazon. I am using four Facebook accounts at the same time while maintaining active and attentive to abrupt meetings and discussions. I work independently and with little supervision. I respond to clients and colleagues in a timely manner and am capable of multitasking. Additionally, I am keen on details, highly flexible, and trainable. I also have good communication skills both oral and written. I can say that I have excellent interpersonal skills as I can build good rapport with different types of people. I used to work as an email and chat representative way back in 2015 and this year as well. I used to be on a technical support team for an internet service provider where my knowledge of troubleshooting and technicalities has improved. I am also a former e-commerce support specialist where I manage customers' account details and update profiles prior to requests. I have experience with broadcasting, video and radio production, inventory management, sales, and advertising. I am also well knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs and Slides) and can quickly adapt to new applications and programs. I have experience with Bliss and Zendesk as I used to work as an Email Support representative in a call center for the past 3 years. I am also capable of administrative work as I use to work part-time in a small clothing company and even in my on–the–job training.
