Given this medical background, it has helped me with my previous role as a referral coordinator, where I was responsible for the referral requirements to obtain necessary prior authorizations and pre-certs from insurance companies. I am familiar with insurance WEB tools such as Availity, United Healthcare, Wellcare, Wellmed & Etc. On the other hand, I was also a Nursing supervisor in my previous work where I was responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, scheduling of duties, and maintaining the number of staff in a 50-bed capacity level 1 hospital. I am equipt as well in the human resource managing of 45-55 people in my team and was responsible for their training and improvement. Furthermore, one of my main tasks as well is to audit and review patients' medical records as well as contribute to the company's policy making, strategic planning, quality assurance, and effective customer service. Over time, the skills and experiences that I have gained have molded me to become the reliable and efficient professional that I am today.
