Business Systems Analyst; Virtual Assistant
I started working since 2009. In my entire years of career, I am engaged in Business Process Re-engineering specifically to system development/solutions. As Business Analyst, I am the one who conducted interviews (face to face, zoom, email and chat conversations) with the process owners and do the intensive documentations such as business requirements, current and TO-BE process, Gap analysis etc. I also do presetations to the stakeholders and performed system testing and trainings. I have background on ERP process such as Financial process from Sales to Accounts Receivable to General Ledger; also a little bit background on the logistics from Inventory, Warehousing, Delivery etc. I also managed Human Resource System (local PH system) including Employee Maintenance to Time keeping to Payroll. On my current project, I have learned how the Mutual Fund process goes through, specially in Investor Servicing. I don't have VA experience yet but I believe that everything could be learned and can mastered by researching and continuous studying. I am passionate and dedicated on my work.
