I am a registered nurse based in the Philippines and have worked in various medical settings in my country and Japan. I started as a nurse under Philippine Red Cross, attended trainings related to disaster management, and health related course, collaborated with various NGOs for the different projects that we have had for the community. After which, I pursued a career in Japan in 2015 as a healthcare worker in a nursing home. During my 4 years and 3 months stint in Japan, I continuously studied the language and the caregiving course (in Japanese) until I finished my contract and came back home. I converse in English on a daily basis, I value time very much and was trained well in Japan regarding time management.
