My current work are almost same with the job as Administrative Assistant / General Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist / Data Entry Assistant / Data Entry Expert like for example the following job description: 1. Managing emails and phone calls - I am more on communications with the different authorities or clients in my current work that I am pretty sure I can apply being Administrative assistant 2. Scheduling appointments and calendar management - As well as my main job from current job is to plan the crew replacement in the vessel which I trust that I can utilized my knowledge in managing the appointment and calendar mgt. 3. Some research work - Be willing to exert an effort to develop my knowledge towards to this job 4. Making travel arrangements - This job may help also my knowledge in booking flights with the coordination of clients and agency we are engaging with. 5. Document filing - Before I become Crewing Manager I started as ran in file which is the 201, documents preparation of the seafarers and vessels so this can help as well to my application in Virtual assistant job. 6. Data entry - This includes the job of database management since you are the one responsible of the correctness and updating of the data of subject. 7. Coordinating with suppliers, partners, etc. - In my current job we have many authorities/clients to communicates for better result of coordination for example with the documents needed to obtain or acquire. 8.
