The key to my success has been to learn quickly and to reach for a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional knowledge and experience. I have worked in the BPO industry for over seven years as a customer service representative and WFM specialist. I've had various trainings and worked on a number of projects with my team. I handle different NA sites like Davao and Bacolod in the Philippines, Mexico, Argentina, and other different sites with over 700+ agents during peak season. I coordinate with operations, the training team, the back office, HR, operations, clients, and other stakeholder groups to align on the interpretation of policies and procedures and identify opportunities to improve both agent and member experiences. I help in the implementation of different projects and get buy-in from our agents and operations. One of our major projects is Dynamic scheduling, which involves major changes in agents’ schedules during the first two weeks of the month. I want to also highlight that every time we change our tools, we make sure we have enough planning and training. My genuine interest in developing world-class support teams and maintaining high standards had contributed to my success in my roles. My goal has always been to give my best and exceed the expectations of both my employer and my customers. Although the above is only a brief snapshot, this philosophy has served me well in my professional career.
