I am an experienced customer support for over 5 years. Versatile worker that can handle different tasks. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for one of the well known Hotels in the world. For 2 years that honed my ability to handle different types of visitors and clients and provide them their most unforgettable vacation experience. During my first BPO job I was able to pursue my studies as an Information Technology student. When I graduated I decided to look for a job that would be in line with my course so I entered the world of Technical Support. With Technical support I was tested with all the patience that's needed. It was for an ISP in Australia. After a year I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert helping my Team Lead with the Newbies and other technical help of my team mates. My most recent work was a Junior Phone Support for an Ecommerce Store based in the US. It was an all around job which includes Inbound and Outbound Sales call , we also handle drop-shipping at some point as well as Ticketing and Live Chat Support. My experience is very diverse I have worked with different nationalities which made my knowledge and understanding stronger. I am able to work with minimal supervision. I am a person who always makes sure that I have checked everything first on my end before going to my superiors. I live with the saying " BUILT, not Bought. Hustle, not handed. Earned, not given. "
