Accounts Payable Specialist | NetSuite Proficient
Responsible for approving bills prepared by AP associates and ensuring all transactions are recorded in NetSuite accurately, completely, timely, and within the correct accounting period. Oversees the activities and provides guidance to my team (AP associates) Monitors supplier's deductibles (Rebates, SWA, RTV & etc.) Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any billing issues or disputes. Evaluates the performance of AP associates and provide necessary feedback. Assist with the month-end close process, including preparing tax reports, journal entries, and reconciling accounts. Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Perform other relevant projects/tasks that may be assigned occasionally
