Duties and Responsibilities 1. Check completeness of sales transactions from sales orders to collection including processing invoices of customers. 2. Verify customers’ accounts and check for accuracy of account balances. 3. Preparation of schedules, summaries, and computations related to customers’ transactions. 4. Verify customer deposits and the application to the related invoices. 5. Check bank deposits and reconcile to daily sales reports and invoices. 6. Prepare summary of bank services charges related to credit card and check deposit payments of customers. 7. Monitor submission of daily sales reports from branches. 8. Ensure filing and office management is done. 9. Coordinate with other departments, employees, and customers for any concerns on invoices, supporting documents, and approvals to ensure the completeness and verifiability of transactions. 10. Ensure compliance to company policies of employees and of other departments and divisions in relation to order to cash transactions.
